Agency timesheets, approved by construction sites

The timesheet is the agency's record. The construction site reads the timesheet and approves it in its own system. The agency sees the approval. The site never sees the worker's pay rate. This is native interoperability: the agency's system and the site's system were built separately, with no integration work between them.

What you will see

  1. A timesheet that you add at the agency waits for approval at the construction site.
  2. The site's approval books the labour cost to a project.
  3. The agency's own timesheet shows the approval.

About 4 minutes. There is no sign-up. Each system asks you to choose a user.

What to try

  1. Add your timesheet in Vantage Talent Partners

    1. In Vantage Talent Partners, choose George Webb.
    2. Open Timesheets, then press Add timesheet.
    3. In Contractor, choose Aaron Brooks. His pay and charge rates are filled in. Press Add timesheet. Saving can take up to a minute.

    Result Your timesheet is at the top of the list, with its pay, bill and margin, waiting for approval.

  2. Approve your timesheet in Stonebridge Construction

    1. In Stonebridge Construction, choose James Whitfield.
    2. Open From other businesses.
    3. Under From Vantage Talent Partners, press Approve on your timesheet, then press Approve and book the cost. This can take up to a minute.

    Result The timesheet shows Approved and the labour cost booked to Maple Court. The site sees the hours and the charge rate. It does not see the pay rate or the margin.

  3. See your approval in Vantage Talent Partners

    1. In Vantage Talent Partners, look at Timesheets again.

    Result The status of your timesheet says that Stonebridge Construction approved it.

What this shows about Technology DNA

  • The approval is the site's own record. It points at the agency's timesheet.
  • The site cannot change the agency's timesheet, and the agency cannot change the site's approval.
