What to try

  1. Show stored council tax record

    1. In Ledgerline Revenues, press Show the stored record at the end of any row.

    Result A window shows the complete record: its identifier, its type, its fields and the system that made it.

  2. Show stored housing record

    1. In Brindlewood Housing, press Show the stored record at the end of any row.

    Result The record has the same form, although another supplier's system made it.
