One system holds sales, lettings, viewings, offers, the sales chain and compliance for a branch, with portals for tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers.

What you will see

  1. A negotiator's day lists the matches to send and the offers that need action.
  2. The compliance screen lists every managed property.
  3. A tenant's portal shows the rent, the repairs and the documents of the home.

About 5 minutes. There is no sign-up. The system asks you to choose a user.

What to try

  1. Open negotiator screen

    1. In Harbour & Vale, choose Marcus Reid, a negotiator.

    Result Today lists the new matches to send and the offers that need action.

  2. Check compliance for every property

    1. Press Switch user and choose Jane Vale, the owner.
    2. Open Compliance.

    Result Portfolio compliance lists every managed property with its gas safety, electrical safety (EICR), energy rating (EPC) and deposit status, the soonest to expire first.

  3. Open tenant portal

    1. Press Switch user and choose Tom Bridges, a tenant.

    Result Your Portal shows his rent, his repair request and the home's gas safety certificates.
