One system holds the front desk, the workshop, MOTs, parts and the history of each vehicle.

What you will see

  1. The front desk shows today's arrivals, the jobs on the board and the alerts.
  2. A technician's bay lists the jobs for the day, each with its checklist.

About 3 minutes. There is no sign-up. The system asks you to choose a user.

What to try

  1. Open front desk

    1. In Meadow Lane Motors, choose Claire Watts, the service advisor.

    Result The Desk shows the Plate box, the Board strip of jobs, Today's arrivals and the desk alerts.

  2. Open workshop bay

    1. Press Switch user and choose Rob Ellis, the technician.
    2. Press Open on any job.

    Result My Bay lists his jobs for today. The open job shows its vehicle and its checklist.
