Contractor certificates in estate agent compliance
The contractor issues a gas safety certificate in its own system. The estate agent's compliance screen counts it. This is native interoperability: the contractor's system and the estate agent's system were built separately, with no integration work between them.
What you will see
- The estate agent's works order is on the contractor's screen.
- The contractor's certificate is on the estate agent's compliance screen.
- The same certificate is in the tenant's documents.
About 3 minutes. There is no sign-up. Each system asks you to choose a user.

What this shows about Technology DNA
- The contractor used the estate agent's existing dictionary word, Certificate. It did not add a word of its own.
- The estate agent's compliance screens were not changed to read certificates from contractors.
- The estate agent can read the certificate but cannot change the certificate.
