One system holds the diary, patient records, clinical notes, treatment plans and exercises, with a portal for each patient.

What you will see

  1. A patient's record holds assessments, clinical notes, treatment plans and outcome measures.
  2. The patient's portal shows today's exercises, appointments and privacy settings.

About 3 minutes. There is no sign-up. The system asks you to choose a user.

What to try

  1. Open patient record

    1. In Riverside Physiotherapy, choose James Okoro, the physiotherapist.
    2. Open Patients, then any patient.

    Result The record has sections for Assessments, Clinical notes, Treatment plans and Outcome measures.

  2. Open patient portal

    1. Press Switch user and choose Aisha Karim, a patient.

    Result Her portal shows today's exercises, her appointments, her messages to the clinic and her privacy settings.
