One system holds vacancies, candidates, interviews, placements, timesheets and pay, with a portal for each candidate.

What you will see

  1. The dashboard shows the agency's open vacancies, the pipeline by stage and the alerts.
  2. In a candidate's profile, the candidate decides what the agency can read.

About 3 minutes. There is no sign-up. The system asks you to choose a user.

What to try

  1. Open vacancies and candidates

    1. In Vantage Talent Partners, choose Ben Harper, a consultant.

    Result The Dashboard shows open vacancies, the pipeline by stage, placements and fees, and the alerts.

  2. Open candidate profile

    1. Press Switch user and choose Maya Patel, a candidate.

    Result The candidate portal shows her profile. She can make her skills private, and the agency then cannot read them.
